Cisco is looking for an experienced and dedicated Systems Engineer to join their India Sales UHR team and provide support for their customers. This role requires someone with strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills who is committed to delivering high-quality customer service.

As an Associate Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, developing solutions, installing and configuring systems, conducting system tests, as well as providing technical support. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise related to operations of networks and applications. Additionally, your duties may include researching and responding to queries from customers or colleagues in order to maintain a broad knowledge of products.

To be considered for this role you must have a degree in computer science or equivalent as well as prior experience working hands on with computer systems in a corporate environment. You should possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills along with the ability to work collaboratively within a highly competitive environment. Strong technical skills are essential to succeed in this role - experience working with Cisco platforms such as Nexus OS, BGP/EIGRP Routing protocols along with design enterprise network architectures would be an advantage.
